Messerschmitt Me-262 : Schwalbe
Part 1

  • Trumpeter 1:32 scale plastic kit
  • Modeled by Luck (M2K)
  • Private collection, 2006

Messerschmitt Me-262 the world's first operational jet fighter. Trumpeter’s Me-262 is one of their best effort to leader . It is finest and great release to date, two full Jumo004, detail gun bay, cockpit , landing gear,eg. But some detail missing circa 10%-15% that is my extra work!

The plan I decided to open starboard fuselage between gun bay and lower back windscreen to present full wheel bay and electronical , fuel tanks and final full open engine. Port side overall closed for showing beautiful her shape and Bar’s camouflage (his symbol 13 number is lucky number in Thailand). For me the RLM colors is importance to proceed the real one which I study from many source for many years.

Me-262A-a1 flown by Maj. Heinz bar March 1945.

Perforate fuselage part except airflame structure ,first drill a hole continue the line, cut thought along the edge of the holes, trimed and sanding inner fuselage part until it thinnest as I can.

The T-structure flame was made by 0.2 mm plastic sheet.

The main wheel bay rear wall was renewed with plastic sheet ,plastic rod, brass wrie and epoxy.

The Fuselage fuel tank was full scratch built by plastic sheets. Its had two, located front and rear of the cockpit. Each tank capacity is 900 liters.

The main wheel bay.

Nautilus : The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen

  • WAVE 1:700 scale plastic kit
  • Modeled by Luck (M2k)
  • Collection of Mr. Thawatchai Suravilas, 2006

“Natilus” the submarine kit from the film “The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen”. The detail and ornaments on the bow and the stern of the Nautilus are incredibly and exact closely with the movie design but something was missing which I made by sculting epoxy and curving plastic sheet. The coloring was simple key “white & silver” but fitting image.
